Amidst a rough PR year for MrBeast (accusations and big law firm retained scoop here) his new employee onboarding doc has been “leaked” here.

It’s 36 pages of Jimmy Donaldson’s (the MrBeast) insights and expectations for new employees ranging from clarity on what metrics matter to goals:

Outside of whether they end up needing more formal rules and risk mitigation (probably), this is such an interesting example of taking what’s implicit and making it explicit for people from the beginning. And the intensity it takes to be the top 1% of any craft.
